Raw Paws is worth comparing if you are already shopping for a particular kind of pet treat and want several formats in one store. The important distinction is between shelf-stable treats and frozen products: the shipping threshold changes substantially when a frozen item enters the basket.

Raw Paws’ shipping page lists free shipping for non-frozen orders at $49 or more, with $7.99 shipping below that threshold. Frozen orders have a $199 free-shipping threshold and a $30 flat rate below it. Adding a frozen product makes the $199 threshold apply to the order.
That is the basket detail to check first. For a treat-only purchase, confirm that every item is non-frozen. Compare the delivered total for the order you want before adding products to reach free shipping. Buying more can erase the saving you expected from a sale.
Read the return limits before buying a new product
The return policy requires notice within three days of delivery for wrong, damaged, thawed or defective items. Keep the product while resolving the issue; photos may be requested. The policy says a pet refusing to eat a product is not a valid return reason.
That limits the value of treating an unfamiliar purchase as a trial. If you have questions about an ingredient or product suitability, resolve them before ordering rather than relying on a return after opening it.
